not bad, way better than i was after 2 months. i suggest moving the camera back though, it was too close to your pen for my taste anyway, and also i would place the camera on something or rig something up so that you dont have to hold it

oh yeah. that is a pen from TEK lol and it spins really well. btw, i practice spinning everyday for probably about 2hrs by using class time.
