@whitefang: read the rules. Show and reroll means you tell everybody what some of your dice are, then you reroll the rest, and then you raise the bid. but you can't do it since you only got one die left ahaha. -

Date: Wed, Jan 30 2008 02:26:25
@vall3y, yes
@whitefang, the turn order is always the same. It's circular, so when you finish playing, it goes back to the top with Vall3y. you will always play after thewave until thewave gets eliminated.

Double posting is against forum rules... -
Date: Thu, Jan 31 2008 11:15:12
i think we're allow to double post in forum games..
-
Date: Thu, Jan 31 2008 11:22:59
Double-posting refers to posting two or more times in a row. Users sometimes abuse this to increase their post count or bump their post to the top of a forum's thread list. This is not allowed because it disrupts normal usage of the board. If you want to add anything to to your previous post, just edit it.
I don't see anything there to suggest you can double post anywhere. -
Date: Thu, Jan 31 2008 11:43:57QUOTEQUOTEAs Zombo so kindly pointed out, PoisonedV editted his post. To clarify, that is not allowed, unless this is different, eh Rorix?
Yea, I forgot to say.
No editing. Double post instead.
Eburt and Rorix's quote. well i guess that might not be same in this game since this isn't a mafia. -
Date: Thu, Jan 31 2008 11:59:13
Until Zombo says we are allowed to double post in this game, I'm not going to breach forum rules.
-
Date: Thu, Jan 31 2008 12:12:59
I believe double posting is a must in this game, just to make sure the bets will stay and no one will edit his bet.
-
Date: Thu, Jan 31 2008 13:17:15
mats, sorry I should have added the following rule:
"NO EDITING YOUR POSTS. DOUBLE-POST INSTEAD".
You are not allowed to edit your post, otherwise you can modify your bid. -
Date: Thu, Jan 31 2008 13:22:26

i mean seven 3's -
Date: Thu, Jan 31 2008 13:47:47
But double posting doesn't work until five minutes after the original post, right?
-
Date: Thu, Jan 31 2008 13:50:01
yes, if you double post and it merges automatically, it won't show the "edited by" line. so it's still OK.
-
Date: Thu, Jan 31 2008 13:53:36
Alright, I didn't know that it didn't show the editing part. Handy for future reference.

You're looking for five threes (and wilds) in nine numbers... Good luck!

Since the dice are going to be shown anyway, it's actually 4 3's out of 11 dice...or out of 7 dice if you have no 3's or 1's.
Yup, it's a bet, but it's a bet I'm willing to make because I don't care any more after I got fucked by luck the previous time >.> -

i raised the bid only in one so it looked like i want to raise it as least as possible, to encourage people to challenge the bid, and lose because they didnt expect me to have 4 3's

That's a pretty weak bluff imo. And it didn't work since I didn't challenge your bid It was obvious that Mats will challenge mine because from his point of view it seems like bidding nine 3's is a lost cause.
