Unfortunately, this maneuver requires the limitations of a camera, and cannot be reproduced live.

You yourself who catches it with another arm but that would mean stretching a lot. -

You've got it with the second one.
Just perform the aerial so that it flies up and over the camera. After the throw/snap/flick/whatever motion gets it into the air, press your hand to the surface you're spinning on to reduce unnecessary movement.
Catch the pen with your other hand (you'll have to stretch for it, this is why you press your hand into the desk). Do whatever for however long you want (I chose to play with my cell phone), and then drop the pen into your hand. Continue spinning.
Hopefully other people (or maybe even I) can work this into a combo. It'd be amusing, to say the least.

Many spinners did this trick ^^, is so funny to do it.
In a spinner's presentation, you can see this trick (i don't know his name, but he used many "magic" in his combo, like change color cap pen when i did an isonic etc...) and in my first too ^^.
But you did a good perform -

yea i done something similar on christmas collab lol... this is surely not the same as bonkura isonic.. i will try bonkura isonic in the video editing method rather than magic soon.. and post it.
video editing is cool but... it is not real psing skills... because i just showed rey, novastrike and dathroat yesterday of cont backaround infinity thingy... which is not real..
oh yea.. the first trick is due to camera. live performance will be hard.
