Ayatori MMX
Materials:
-Pilot G2 (05 or 07)
-Pentel RSVP
-Dr. Grip Grip and/or any other grip (I like Dr. Grip Grip because it's transparent so I can see the insert)
Other requirements:
-Grip cutting skills/hax
Let's get started!
1. Make a RSVP MMX.
2. Take your Dr. Grip Grip and cut a design into it.
3. Adjust the grip according to the size of your G2 barrel that is attached to your RSVP.
Done!

A: You cut a grip and try to make a cool design. If it sucks, you have no skill.
Q: How did you come up with this idea?
A: Boredom, the best inspiration ever.
Q: WTF? This sucks compared to the Ayatori mod.
A: This mod is cheap so stfu.
I haven't actually made this mod( because I have no grip cutting skills at all), but it sounds like a good idea.

I'm sorry, but this is clearly a blatant ripoff of the mod introduced in this thread. The first picture in the aforementioned thread shows where the idea came from. I just don't see the need to address the topic unless you're adding something new. If it were tips on how to cut the grip smoothly, or something of the like, I'd commend the effort. It's just a bit too obvious to tell us the "Dr. grip over G2 barrel concept" can be mapped onto a different mod.

@ellusion: sry no pic cuz i cant cut a design for crap in a grip. this is just a subs i guess not as heavy but easy to mod and make retract and make heavier(tips in g2 part and cap obviously) -

OMG stick a grip on the front of an MMX! Why didnt I think of this?! Hey if u take the A in Ayatori and stick it in front of MMX u get AMMX! You should probably call this mod the AMMX instead. Cause really thats all it really is. With that said it means this is not really a rip off of anything, just a way to make your MMX look cooler.
I would say this does not need its own thread because its not really a new mod. -

the "Ayatori" name is not comming from the actual Japanese spinner but his mod "Ayatori mod". If it was referring to the spinner than it would have been named "Ayatori's Mod".
But anyways, he could have the name Ayatori in it even if the spinner has never used this mod. It is just using that name because of the similar features it has to the orginal Ayatori Mod. -

aries, u should have put this idea on the ayatori mod thread or show off ur pens thread.. i wouldnt say this should be locked, but in a way this is sort of a waste of space..

so wouldn't be more...better (brain fade) to say use a lakubo mmx instead of a rsvp one? -

check out my hgg jell mod. anyway ayatori mod just needs a hgg/rsvp/lakubo body, a G2 barrel section(optional) and a G3/Hyper Gel/Jimne Gel cap
