Does any one have good ideas of other nonwritng utensials to spin with. I guess it couldn't be called pen spinning but still. I was thinking of taking some thicker welding rod from welding class, breaking of the flux then sand blasting it, I could use this cutter thing to cut it to the exact size I want. It would be a steel rod so it should have good weight yet be skinny. Plus it might get me away from cleaning slag for five minutes in welding class.

Eh, you are trying to look for this that is other then pens to spin with?
If so, I don't think this is the right section.
Suggestion while cleaning, take the broom and do triangle pass!!! -

hmmm i was thinking of somthing like that, but rather make a fake DR.KT as 3 pieces in engineering/machines class. using a lathe and those thingies u make threads with, u can just make 1 thin metal tube, and then two pointy metal ends made of brass that just screw into it. maybe even somplace to put an ink tube in there ~_~ -

I work as the cashier at a curtain shop back home, and I regularly use small thin curtain rods (thickness of a Keityo and whatever length I feel like) with rubben caps on the ends. Theyre nice an heavy so it works well to practice difficult tricks with it since you can do it slowly.
Other than that, I spin drum sticks... -
