    In an effort to palliate the inactivity of certain staff members, we've decided to appoint a senor member as moderator, Eso, to help us moderate the board all-around. We think he is a strong candidate due to his knowledge, maturity and professionalism.

    He will pass through a beta-moderator phase (moderator in training), and after one month, a poll will be posted to decide if he gets promoted to moderator.
