It IS buggy, but it's still functional. It has problem refreshing and sometimes it sometimes shows entries twice (but in reality it's only stored once). This is because the shoutbox is not designed to handle large traffic, please refrain from using it as real conversational tool but more like a quick way to communicate with others on the board.

Please don't complain about how the messages are duplicated or the refresh button doesn't work on the shoutbox, we KNOW those issues so need to talk about it (waste of space).
