i keep trying to put a pic in and resizing it until its impossible to tell what it is cuz its too small.

so i try to put a pic in my sig and it says i need to resize it. i do that and it says the same thing. i make it smaler than one of these letters and it still says i need to resize it. am i doing something wrong or is it the pic. btw, this is the pic:

Make sure it's under 150kb.

file size must be under 150kb, and dimensions must not exceed 500px by 150px.
