I was at Staples and I found an 8 pack or something of HGR's. I originall had an HGR at home, but these ones were different, they had grips and were heavier. The tip was heavier and the barrel was rounder and whatnot. I'll post a vid later cause youtube is being a smelly cat and they're updating or something right now >_<
Here's a pic though. -

Aw crap I put it in pen mods...MY BAD
WASN'T PAYING ATTENTION
Yeah I note that I don't know if they're old in the vid cause I haven't done a lot of research on them...
And yes I'm pretty sure they're heavier than HGG tips -

Moved.
And i thought the old version of HGR had the same tips as HGG but the new HGR have heavier tips...? -

I THINK they're heavier
I'm 95% sure they're heavier
And next time I'll make sure I put it in the right topic it's just I'm usd to posting in pen mods -

OLD news....
these HGR tips ARE heavier
they are also used in the Saizen G3 mod
oddly enough tho, the grigs are heavier then an HGGs!! -

I'm still not a fan of these grips. They aren't as grippy as the HGG ones. The grip does look nice on an RSVP MX using a black Sunburst body with a Moonz grip in the cap.
Don't worry Missile_Z, you're only a few years late in discovering these. -

Wow.
I feel stupid.
Ashamed.
There is no comprehensible way to describe the dissappointment in my heart right now, getting all excited,
only to find that I'm an idiot.
My heart is shattered.
And all I can do.
Is rawr. -

they're just the pen used in the RSVP Moonz MX mod. the tip is a tincy bit heavier, but it makes for a much nicer balance on a normal MX

Can someone actually weigh these tips, cause I think the HGR ones feel much lighter...
-
Date: Thu, Mar 27 2008 10:46:30
how big are they? 'Bout the size of a signo or what?
-
Date: Thu, Mar 27 2008 22:22:49
I don't have a signo tip but the HGR's just feel heavier in my hand compared to the HGG cause I don't have a weight thingymabobby >_<
I still feel like an idiot. And so if the new HGR is old...what's the HGR I have without a grip?
An EVEN older HGR? -
Date: Thu, Mar 27 2008 22:28:45QUOTE...what's the HGR I have without a grip?

It should be. The older HGR had the same tip as the HGG without a grip. The newer one has a larger tip and a grip. -

The old hgr's have identical tips to hggs. Hybrid H2s are also the same.
The "new" hgr tip weighs more than an hgg but less than a signo. -
