30 seconds is a little too much?

And will you guys ever considering switching back to vBulletin/phpBB?

1- uhh.. no? 30 secs is fine...

2- no, IPB is better than vB and phpBB

speaking of vBulletin again, I'll ask the question here since the last vBulletin thread got closed.

How much is Kam involved in this? Afaik, his UPSB v3 was in vBulletin, and now it is IPB. How much has he helped out? Will he continue to help out, will he make any posts here, etc?

kam told me he had very little involvement with this upsbv3, due to work and time constraints.

edit: personally, this really feels more like a ucpsbv3 than a upsbv3...

he has made logos, helped us setting up the domain, troubleshooting various problems, made the rule logos. I talk to him often for reference.

This almost sounds like I'm being audited unsure.gif

vBulletin was a nice board, but required too much time and had to be constantly updated. I just don't have the time to do that anymore. So development wise, the UCPSB staff can take full credit. Content and organization wise, I believe there were many things that were migrated from the vBulletin board to this one.

As far as management goes, it's a bit complicated as some people from UPSB became part of the UCPSB staff, while others are still trying to get back. It's a transitional time, so bear with us if we're not as synchronized with each other's work as we should.

Anyways, I'll be here....and I'll be involved in UPSB as much as I can. But I have confidence in Zombo and the other moderators here, so I'll not try to be everywhere and watch over every detail.

Thanks for a direct reply Kam, I appreciate it. I just thought this didn't feel like the forum that had been "Under Construction" all along, wich I guess it isn't either. I have seen you post in other threads too now, so I can but say it's great you actually are here, and that I hope that this is the UPSB I have waited for :)
