This is a game I invented and tested in the UPSB chat.
As promised here are the revised rules.

As of now, I am not planning to run any games on the forum just yet.
I want to make sure the rules are finalized by testing them thoroughly in the chatroom.
If you want to play, talk to me in the chatroom if you see me.
I especially want to check if the voting tiebreaker variant works well.
If you have any comments, suggestions, post here.

For players present during the last game at version 3.5, here are the changes:
- Your level does not get raised to the highest level within the cycle, but rather only to the maximum level of your direct neighbors (either the person picking you, or the person you picked).
- Tiebreaking procedure is a bit more detailed.
- Added a little strategy section at the very end of the rulebook. -

Seems like a good game. I'd be interested in trying it out, except I'm in a wacky timezone =(
