New Mod???

    The BICtory EFX (BICtory Extended Flex Grip) is a mod that i created that has the same properties of a BICtory, except it is longer and has more momentum. Basically it is a fusion between a KT and a BICtory, which is why i like it. It writes out of both ends and still has grips for infinity (what pen doesnt tongue.gif). Here it is (sorry for the blurry pics):





    MATERIALS:

    2 Papermate Flexgrip Ultra's (the ones with metal tips)

    2 BIC RoundStic's

    2 Pentel RSVP inktubes

    Grips of your choice

    Scissors



    TUTORIAL:

    This mod is extremely easy to make. I was not able to take pictures for this tutorial at this point in time, but im sure that later i will be able to:

    1. Retrieve your two BIC RoundStic's an dismantle them to all the parts and pieces. Keep the two caps and one barrel. At this point you may want to rub off the writing with an erasor or paper. With your scissors, cut off the clips on the caps.

    2. Retrieve your two Papermate Flexgrip Ultra's and remove the tips.

    3. Retrieve your two Pentel RSVP inktubes and trim about one centimeter off of the ends.

    4. Put one of the Flexgrip Ultra tips into one of the ends of the RoundStic barrel. you may need to push it against a wall or a table to get it in. At this point, insert one of the inktubes into the barrel so it sticks out of the tip.

    5. Now insert the other inktube into the other tip and slide it into the other end of the RoundStic barrel. The inktubes should be secure while writing because they are up against the tips edge inside the barrel.

    6. Push on the caps and apply the grips of your choice to the caps. You have made a BICtory EFX!

    sure, but you might need to extend them so that they reach the other tip so that they stay stable and dont slide inside the barrel when you write

    it spins really nicely. the momentum is just enough so that it is smooth. and the momentum compliments the length of the pen and width of the barrel

    It is great that it writes with RSVP ink. RSVPs have really nice ink.

    It's really simple to understand. There's no need for pics.

    1. Remove inktube + backplug from a bic. Remove clips on caps.
    2. Shove one of the metal tips from the Flexgrip into the bic body.
    3. Trim 1cm off the end of 2 RSVP ink tubes.
    4. Put one inktube into the barrel so it sticks through the metal tip you put in.
    5. Put the other tube into the other metal tip and shove that into the other side of the barrel.
    6. put on caps

    i would make it if i wasn't missing a tip

    yea, it does bulge a little bit when the tips are pushed in. but you dont see that part when you have the caps on. and the caps dont go as far down onto the body as on a normal bictory. thats what makes it longer

    ive been spinning this all day in the car. i love it!!!

    Just made it a while a go... the only problem I seem to have is that the caps are too tight when they're put on, and when I pull them out, the tip stays inside the cap and is stuck there sad.gif

    I don't like this mod at all, I tried it with my special haloween bic, and it broke the caps and barrell. Be warned when making this, it can potentially ruin your bictory

    you either did something wrong or you had really old, stale caps

    yeah you wouldnt want to have to spent the extra dollar.....uh....to....get.....like....800 more bic pens... huh.gif
