Advanced Tricks / tips on linking shadow

    hey guys... dont know if this is the place to put this or if there is another thread like this... but I was just hoping oyu guys cud help me out... Iv'e got problems on linking shadows... specially shadow 12-12... everytime I do this trick, the pen lands in an awkward position wherein i find it difficult to do another trick and so... can you guys help me out in here or at least give me a tip based on your exp as well.. thx happy.gif

    If you don't lift your index finger as high for the catch, the pen should land nearer to the tips of the fingers and it'll be easier to do other tricks afterwards.

    The pen should be caught is basically the same position that it started in, just with the pen turned around. Practicing more will get the catch down, after that, you can do whatever you want to. How is it caught awkwardly?

    maybe you are not letting the pen rotate enough before the catch. I remember having trouble linking shadows and that was my problem.

    i have the same problem and i found out my own way

    you just slowly practice moving with the pen and lift the index finger after the pen is about half way round , it makes more of an automatic reaction which makes you catch it better

    thats my way, of course depends on you
