if u spin from jan to dec, then u spin for 12 months. if u spin from jan to june, then sept to dec, u spin for 9 months. when u use "for" means its the period of time when that happens, and thus my case stands. if u sleep from 12 MN to 6 am and then 2pm to 4 pm, you would have slept for 8 hours on that day, not 16 hours -

Using your definition:
Assuming I've spun for about year and a quarter, which is 365*1.25 = 456.25 days.
Also assuming I spin EVERYDAY for an hour averagely(generously speaking), I'll have spun a total of 456.25 hours.
That is equal to 19 days.
So I have spun a total of 19 days. Epic.
