I didn't think they were that great either, but tap combos have an interesting look to them and I remember nagi doing these badass rev taps in his solo vid. I had to learn it once I saw nagi use them. -

they're so nice
if you can make them flow in a combo, they look so nice since they sorta stand out..??

yeah, i noticed that especially that full tap rev > weis bak was pretty bad
but ehh, i give him props for jsut usign them since not too many people use them
