It's a mod created by a french spinner (so from FPSB)
you need G3 and RSVP to make it...
It's a really goog mod, heavier than a mx and a bit longer !

From what I can see( pics only), it seems to be a RSVP MMX, with G3 Caps on both sides. As for the G3 cap at the front, it seems to be cut off so that the tip can screw on to the RSVP plastic tip. Am I right? Of course, I might just be completely wrong, just a conjecture after looking at the pic on my part.

i don't think that the tip is screwed on. probably held on by the grip.

What you need :
-1 Pentel Rsvp ( body)
-2 Pilot G3 ( 2 bodys, 2 caps, 1 tip )
-1Pilot G2 ( ink tube )
-Some grips like anyball
-1 file (nail file will be good ^^)
-1 saw
-transparent tape
----------------------------------------------------------------
1 first step : back part
- For this part : keep only rsvp body (with grip) and G3 cap
1)To begin, take your rsvp without cap and back cap :
-Cut the screwed part (end of the rsvp)
2)Take one of G3 cap, take away the clip, and file it until it will be "perfectly flat" (handrail) .
3)Take the G3 cap on the front of your rsvp
2nd step : front part
This is the hardest part becose you will cut and file several things
Keep only G3 body and the last G3 cap
1) Take the G3 body without cap :
-saw it at 6.5 cm (from tip to the end) maybe more but you will file after ^^.
-File it : it will be right and handrail
2)Take the G3 cap
-Saw the cap after the things needed to clip the cap on the body
-Maybe you will file it again
-REALLY IMPORTANT : saw AFTER the things in the caps becose if you don't do it your cap can't be "clip" on the body !.
4)OPTIONNAL PART (basic version of G-Force)
- Put some tape on the tip and the G3 body and put on your cap (and so your cap will don't move)
3rd step : assemblage and grips installation.
So now you have all needed parts of a G-Force but you will make it ^^.
1)Take theG2 ink tube and make it empty
-Take only 5 cm or 5.5 cm of this ink tube .
-Put it inside the G3 front part (the ink tube must don't move).
-Take the transparent tape and put some on the part of the ink tube which is not inside th g3 part, and put this ink tube part inside the rsvp part
This is an necessary part !
So now you have a "raw" mod and you must use grips and insert to have a beautiful mod ^^
Basic version
-Cut some anyball grip as you want
-Put them on the front (you can hide tape)
-Put an insert
Colored version
It's a similar version but you can make your mod more nicest with the colored version
-You need 3 insert (front part, middle part and back part)
In this version you don't need to put tape on the ink tube cose the insert make the same job XD
