This is my new retractable mod. It is a bit longer than an MSXA, and weighs allmost the same as an MSXA I think.

    Materials:

    2: Zebra Z grips
    1: Uni Ball gel grip
    1: Papermate Profile
    1: Profile inktube
    Tape
Knife, Hacksaw, or anything for cutting

Start by removing the grip from the Uni Gell grip, but do not break the barrel underneath Gel grip cut Then take one of the z grips apart. Insert the cut gel grip barrel where the retractable mechanism was like this Next take the second Z grip and cut off the area where the grip was. This should be self explanatory, but if you need a pic I will post one. Take the Profile and cut near the back where the main part of the barrel ends. There is a little line to mark where you cut. A better way to describe this would be to cut where the clip ends. I have decided that any further pics might confuse you due to my shitty camera. I will try post an assembly video later. Connect the cut piece of profile to the 2nd Z- grip where we cut the grip area with a piece of the gel grip grip. Now take one of the profile inktubes, and cut about 2.20 cm off of it. Tape the cut inktube to the full inktube. connect the two Z grips by connecting the grip area to the other side of the 1st Z grip. Insert the inktube with the spring, and screw the profile mechanism. It should now retract easily. Now you can add profile grips to the front of the pen. Final product

I am sorry for the bad tutorial. If someone makes this mod, maybe they can make a better tutorial. I think it really is a great mod.

New pictures are up hope they are better
@Gunblakes yes this mod is pretty stable. It doesn't normally rattle around very much, but sometimes when you catch a fast trick it makes a little noise.

By reading through the tutorial, it sounds like it is held together by the grips. Is it?

Yeah one part of it is. The place where the Profile body, and the Z grip body connect. The gel grip tip and 1st z grip body is connected by part of the gel grip body. And the two Z grip bodies are held together by the grip part of the first z grip.
