EBKT
E=Extended B=Bictory KT=KeyTo
Background Information:
This modification of the Bictory KT is to extend the mod, hence Extended. I extended this mod because I found that the original mod was quite short, 16cm. Thus, I played with my bag of spare pens to see what would help to lengthen this mod. Here is the solution.
Stats:
Weight-Dr. KT>EBKT>Signo Tipped Comssa
Length- =Dr. KT
COG=COP
Materials:
http://img390.imageshack.us/img390/4540/p1011235pt3.jpg
1. KeyTo/ColorTwin body with the smaller sized caps
2. 2 Bic Stick Grip Fine(color of the ink is up to personal preference)
3. 2 Papermate Profiles (or any grip of your choice that may replace the Papermate Profile Grip)
4. Signo Tips (no picture of Signo tips, I ran out of them.) (Signo Tips maybe replaced with substitute tips, but it will alter weight and length.)
Tools:
1. Drill
2. X-acto knife
3. Teflon Tape
4. Tape
5. Elbow Grease (jk)
Step 1:
Disassemble the pens, until you have the remains shown here...
Spoiler:
Step 2:
Remove the ink from both ends. Then use your drill tool (not necessarily a power drill) to drill a hole large enough for the ink tubes of the Bic Stick Grip Fine to fit snugly. Remember to cut the ink tubes if it is to long, but not so much that you will have ink everywhere.
EDIT: No picture provided for step 2, use logic on how to take the inktubes out of the CT.
Step 3:
Take the Bic Stick Grip Fine bodies and cut to where the Bic logo is, (this is all preference on where you cut on the body, really you can just cut anywhere you want on the body) about 2cm. Then shave it down to your preferences.
Spoiler:
Step 4:
Now take the part where the grip of the Bic Stick Grip Fine was and cut about 1.5cm minimum on the side opposite to the tip. Reason why the minimum is 1.5cm is too ensure enough of this part is able to slip in the cut body part and will still be able to hold up a signo tip.
Spoiler:
Step 5:
Assemble like so. Put the cut body part into the cap, and it should fit very snug when you push down all the way until it stops. Then insert the part from step 4 until it comes in contact with the nub of the small Keyto/ColorTwin cap.
Spoiler:
Step 6:
Apply tape around the cut body part and some of the part from step 4. This is to level the plastic parts you attached so that when attaching the grip it will feel uniform, like one single cap. Then wrap teflon tape around the tip of the part from step 4 and screw on your selected tip. As you can see I already applied my grips and you can't see all of the cut body part that was inserted in the small cap, but it illustrates that it looks flush and uniform with the cap.
Spoiler:
Step 7:
Apply your grip to the cap. Again, how many, how much, what design all depends on personal preference. This step doesn't need a picture.

Q&A:
Q: Where can I find the supplies for this mod?
A: The Bics can be found almost anywhere. The Colortwins or KeyTo can be found at penwish.com
Q: Can I use another tip instead of a signo?
A: Yes, just adjust how much teflon tape you put on. HGG tips may not fit because the Bic part is wider than that of the HGG tips.
Q: The bic body parts are too short/long, how do I fix this?
A: If you cut it too short you have to cut a longer piece from a new bic pen, if it's too long you can still use that long piece and cut it shorter.
Q: Can I use the normal Bics?
A: Yes, but it will be hard to tell whether the Bic parts went all the way down or not. You can also use the ink from normal Bics as well.
Q: The cap seems loose, how do I fix this?
A: Sorry, but you have to use the other body from the 2nd one you ordered/have. Be careful of how much you cut off the tip. Luckily you have to order 2 bodies, to get 2 small caps.

Go to penwish.com for the ColorTwins. You might be able to find the KeyTo at your local asian dollar store.

very nice mod I must find ct
and because I want to be helpful and complain like everyone else
Q&A was way to helpful. If you keep making it so useful people will ask more and more questions and flood your pm box.
this was your warning. you may wish to consider making it less helpful soon. -

HOW TO GET THE INKTUBES OUT?

if your talking about the bics, use pliers or your teeth to squeeze the plastic holding the tip and then push out the inktube
for the color twin use pliers and pull out both tips, then take out the colored plug and let the inktube fall out. put the colored plug back in. -
