what do you use?

I just purchased a webcam. Its a logitech QuickCam Pro 9000. It takes videos. they are quite blury when i'm spinning. infact, i cant even tell what tricks i'm doing because there is so much motion blur.
What kind of camera do you have, and how do you keep it from blurring the F out? Is USB2.0 better because i dont have it hooked up to that. I was thinking about getting an expansion card but i dont know if i want to spend the thirty bucks to do so if it isnt going to do anything.

Webcams are bad for PSing. it has bad frames. You have to spin really slow to have it look good enough.
