How do you build your TS Chakra?

Ok, So i'm getting pretty good at doing Thumbspins. I can do 2.0's pretty continously and consistently. I saw a thread game a while back where you had to submit your video of thumbspins starting from 1 rotation, and moving up. I couldnt find the thread, but that was pretty cool. So my question for you. How do you build TS Chakra in order to get lots of spin? Anyone have ideas about how to keep it from turning into an index spin?

try to spin the pen on the center... so it does not fly off your hand after some rotations
you can adjust the position before doing the thumbaround push, try until you find the best position that fits yourself
some tips...
lick the spot of your hand that your are going to spin on (wash your hands though...)
or mod a pen that got a grip at the middle of the pen
it will help a lot while you do spin tricks -

Well, i have a BICtory SF mod, which has no grip in the middle, but it does have two overlapping ink tubes which add a nice amount of weight in the center of the pen. Its got a soft grippy tube which is amazing for spins. I can do TS's pretty well but i havent figured out how to get such Monster spins that some people get....like 10.0's are crazy! -

I can control my TS to TIS. You need to get more balanced to the ts more than 2.0 rotations.I can do 3.0 pretty often. To me it just comes with practice cuz i could do only 1.5's a month ago. The more i tried it i got more rotations. So i guess practice is the key.
