    JapEn 4th website launched.


    According to Saizen, they will seek participants for JapEn 4th, unlike 1st, 2nd and 3rd. And then, it seems they will evaluate participants' videos under the Examination page. It's not yet been revealed when recruitment starts.

    Besides, you can download old JapEn videos and some JapEn 4th wall papers there.

    Over 210 days left until the release of JapEn 4th.......

    The first trailer of JapEn 4th will be released on around July 1st.

    Hmm, it is not mentioned there that participants have to be able to speak Japanese.

    Just ask coco_A, who is the leader or something.


    I don't know whether they assume all the spinners on JEB can speak Japanese, though.

    why would anyone not Japanese want to participate in this? This is supposed to showcase japanese spinners, not anyone else. If it accepts anyone then it makes no sense. It should be only ppl whose main community is JEB.

    Now now, what about UPSB collabs? UPSB isn't the main board for everyone who would want to participate in them (me *cough*).

    But yeah, it would be different for JEB. Would be cool if other people could send in videos, even though they'd never accept them.

    Saizen released just three pictures of opening part of JapEn 4th coming on 24th of this month!
    He said in the blog that this is coming along as great as No Reason in his career.

    and i agree with zombo, it should be almost all japanese spinners if not all
    maybe like couple of guests featuring famous people but
    ya it wouldnt make sense if foreigners could participate

    July was July '08 so that's passed since long. Check the dates on the posts. And Aphsamoth wrote it's gonna be released the 24th (in 3 days), so why would they release a trailer for it in 6 months?

    And about not everyone being japanese, that was mostly me kidding and fucking with zumbo as always. Of course everyone in the collab is going to be from JEB, be able to speak Japanese, and live in Japan.

    Though not so many people have been concerned about the trailers which were planned to be released in July and/or in November, in fact, neither of them was ever released.

    It seems that these wallpapers and banners are made instead of the trailers. It would be hard for them to produce some extra videos. smile.gif

    Let's not be too argumentative, and just wait for the final product for a few days!
