    I don´t push it...
    There are like two techniques to do fl ta cont....
    the first one which I use is u push the pen straigt down to your middle finger with your thumb. It´s like up and down...its the same technique which is in this vid :

    The second one is u push the pen in the direction of your index finger ....I only can do quintuple with this technique ...it´s the faster one ..but I like the first one, because it looks a little bit more controlled and it adjusts to my style


    But both technique´s are without pushing with your fingers (fingerless xD) =)
