Why don't you just stick comssa caps on top of each other until its the right length? That way, you don't have to cut anything.

I made this at home. Take your commsa along with two RSVP caps with grips up them. Put a half inch grip on the cap of the commsa then slide the RSVP caps so that they stay on the commsa caps underneath the grip. It's like 29 cm I'd say.

if you want a really easy mod, just take two bic round sticks, one ultra round stic, and
1. pull the the grip part out
2. cut the front part off where it looks like a normal bic
3. connect the two round sticks with the leftover part where the grip use to be

I am using a double sakura gelly roll barrel mod without caps or anything. i joined them by using a regular sized piece of paper (A4) and then rolled it really tight. il looks good and has pretty good weight. also the middle part is a bit thinner than the ends.
and its 27,6 cm long
