What is it?

I discovered right now that I got some "points" in my profile. What I remember, I didn't use to have it, and the people I've asked don't got it either.
When I click it I get redirected to index.php .
Anyone got the same thing or know what it is? -

ignore it. It should be removed from the skin, I'm not sure why its there.
