I wondering about who have permissions to drop people out from collab ? Organizer or editer ? What do you think ?

Organizer organize collab, he can decide about who drop who no.
But editer should try do best final product so he should not put crappy quality videos or something like that into collab.

    So?

organiser and editor should discuss who should drop.

I have to agree with white fang,

if the editor sees a flaw in the spinner he should inform the organizer,

and they should figure out what to do with the spinner.

the organizer is the one who has the "vision" for the collab. if a video doesn't fit with the vision, he has the right to drop it

the editor is concerned with the practical side. if a video is too long, low quality or technically not very good, he may want to drop it.

    they both have different reasons.

idk what u guys are talking about, but personally i think the editor needs permission from the organizer to drop people. if the organizer leaves it up to the editor, then w/e

i dont think so at all, oftentimes people will make a collab because they like the idea and they want to create a video for it

    editor + organiser
    organiser has the vision
    editor has the material
    symbiosis

In my opinion it should be a compromise. The organiser was the one who came up with the thing in the first place, so s/he should have a say in it. However the editor is the one who makes it look good, and s/he knows what looks good and what looks bad, so s/he should have a say in it as well.

It`s like a book: the writer (or in this case the "organiser") writes it up and comes up with the idea, while the editor looks through it and makes changes to improve it. They both have a say in what stays and what goes.

Why is that youtube vidoe in the OP?

Umm I hink the editor should have the more important decision of taking people out.
Because the editor knows what everything in the video will be like...the tone..the style...and if a clip ruins it..the editor should have the ebility to take them out.

But also the organizer may not care because this person might be really important to them, in that case, if this is suspected...the editor may have to contact the organizer....

However, the editor shouldn't need to contact the organizer every other second saying "oh is it alright if i take so and so out of the collab because this and this"

The editor has responsiblity to decide on her/his own. The editor should be able to determine if the clip will..contribute to the video..or make it worse.
