Advanced Tricks / Most common tricks for combos

    Here is a list of some common tricks used in combos.

    TA Extended (ThumbAround normal T1-T1 ~ FL Neo-sonic reverse T1-12)

    Fake Double (ThumbAround normal T1-T1 ~ FL Neo-sonic reverse T1-12 > pass reverse 12-T1)

    TA Extended Bust

    Twisted Sonic Bust (Twisted sonic 23-12 > Bak Rev 12-12)

    Backaround Fall

    Thumbaround Harmonic

    Rev Indexaround .5 12-TF > Charge TF > Thumbaround Rev TF - ??

    Rev Indexaround .5 12-TF > Thumbaround Rev TF - ??

    Rev Indexaround .5 12-TF > Thumbaround TF - TF

    Bak T12 > FL Thumbaround Rev

    Continuous Middlebackaround

    Continuous FL Thumbaround

    Shadow Still > Pass

    Frequently? Hmm...only cont shadows, but even those aren't done often. At least, that's what I've noticed.

    I agree...I thought shadows were used a lot in combos.
    I also think this thread has too many ways to go at because everyone has their own personal way of making combos and I don't think that EVERY in general would use a move a lot in combos, it depends on style.

    EDIT:Small but drastic grammatical change...I really need to read over what I type before I post.

    using shadows and baks are simple: you throw them, and you catch them whenever ands wherever you want, and you do a random sonic after.

    Okay, man, if you want to do passes instead of sonics after your shadows, do this. Use your imagination

    And the moment where the pen goes from "charge" to "spin on top of hand" is called a throw for me. If you give this another name, tell me.

    I think of that as a release (of a charge) rather than a throw, but it may seem different to you if you do fingerless shadows.
