I keep doing a Demon's Sonic when trying to do Flush Sonic. My Index finger keeps grabbing the pen instead of holding it between 14. I have to slowly walk through the flush sonic to get my finger out of that habit all the time until I can do flush sonic correctly again...

    For example:
    I used to constantly turn a shadow 23-23 into a sonic 23-12.
