This is never going to get off the ground without a seperate sign up thread. The idea of this video is basically to show new ideas to the community, weather it be new styles or new tricks, a combination of both, or something else, so long as it's something new, something that is going to push pen spinning and make it evolve (no microphone spinning though please).
If you sign up:
You must post in this once per week with a progress report.
You must submit a video (tentatively) to me[1] before the 25th of August.

Edit: Why is this an RD only project btw? Why can spinners outside of RD not be involved? -

If I remember correctly, a requirement the first time we did that was that, in addition to submitting videos, you also had to submit breakdowns, since the point of this video was educating people about new tricks rather than showing off skills. I think that would be a good idea to require that again. Hopefully I can even remember what some of the tricks were called for my breakdown.

Imo we should cast our net as wide as possible.
If you fish at the fishery you generally get good fish, however, there are still good fish to be found at other lakes that aren't fisheries.

That would be great! At best I am only here regular for 4 more weeks (with a nearly week long break in that).
I'm afraid that I do not have any of the videos that people sent to me (which is a shame because some of them were very good), because the police took my laptop away (don't ask) and seem not willing to give it back. All the videos were on there with no backups. I'm currently using a desktop PC instead. Sorry about that guys, but the police took the laptop while I was away.

I get important E-mails and like to keep just those so I can see what's going on...
If you keep every E-mail you get, then your inbox looks very messy! I don't want to be missing E-mails trying to book me for juggling, or from the choir I accompany etc... -

i think you should submit a clip of those multiple finger arounds (that is, any of them, the shadow, baks, whatever)
but uhm, one of those was a variation of the twisted cobra bite, and i was intending on submitting those variations myself... -

I've done that for over a year now. Not sure when the twisted cobra bite was invented, but I didn't base my trick off the twisted sonic bite. I called it a moonwalk handaround, since that's basically what it is. -

Oh, the only ones I've heard of was the twisted backaround and twisted cobra bite. Didn't know someone else also did moonwalk handarounds. -

aim for 2mins-ish,
show some of our best tricks/concepts in cooperation with FPSB lab
editing shows trick/concept name, preferably shown in a combo, then with slow mo of the trick/concept itself. -

Out of curiosity, what would be on your list of concepts to possibly be put into it?
EDIT: It seems like most of what we do isn't coming up with new concepts, but just looking at ones that already exist. Like it'd almost seem pretentious to release a collab of lke table based tricks, and isolations and stuff, it'd come off like "Look at all of our great new ideas!" lol -

skateboard tricks (casper by romain)
isolation
shitload of FPSB stuff like snaking, morphing, 2p2h, etc. -

I learnt a new circus tricks I can do with a pen. Never seen anyone do it before on here. Seen two others do it at juggling conventions though (with pens).
