Regular Pen Discussion / I believe I've found a G2 Grip and Dr. Grip Tip substitute...

I saw a twenty-pack at Costco today (for $17.99 =D), but didn't check the weight of the tips, sorry =p. I doubt they'd be heavier than Dr. Grip tips (and I don't even know if they're metal D=). However, the grips looked like VERY nice subs for G2 grips.
Thoughts? -

G2s are available almost everywhere in the world, IDK why you would need a sub. The tips seem nice, though.

hmm...well, if you can get a 20 pack of them for ~$18, that's cheaper than g2s.... and if you remove the tip, maybe the grip'll come off easier than it is to take teh grip off of g2s?
i dunno, test it?
see if it's easier to take off the grip than g2s cause i know g2s are a pain for some people to get teh grip off of >.< -

This sub was posted by Soulsonic if you check in the 'Regular Pen Discussion'....
Sadly, those tips were said to be not a metal tip...

A better G2 grip would be the grip from the Pilot Super grip.
I'm pretty sure its the same grip as the G2. -

Yeah, G2 grips are a HUGE pain in the ass to take off. I usually have to use boiling water to get them off.
So... the tips aren't metal? Damn, a failure is me... -

They are good grips, but a bit narrower then G2 grips. (not saying it's a bad thing or something~) -
