What do you mean with 1 pair? It's not like they come in packages of two or anything.
As for the cost, I'm not sure. It's hella high, since barely anyone has them. I haven't really kept track the latest year (since I haven't seen anyone talk about them) but Maniok should have some, and apart from that it would be mostly some Koreans I guess. Worth? I think I heard $20-30/pen somewhere, but well... I don't know.
I think it's better to stick with Bellcolors, so much easier to get your hands on. Or the new Dong-a ComSsa with red/blue/black caps, even though they're not exactly the same.
And is it Dong-a who make the Aqua Sign Pens too? -
