It's one month already since Rorix has been promoted, so it is time for him to pass the public evaluation.
Please no flaming, post comments / feedback if you wish so.
Remember that while the results of the poll are of great importance, the rest of the moderating staff have the final say on the decision. -

i was going to vote Strip beta-moderator powers but then i accidently voted the first one
so i'll just stick to the first one 
Rorix is a great mod. i don't like all of his moderating work *cough*shoutbox ban *cough* but majority of them are great

In my opinion Rorix is a great mod. He's doing his job as he should be. So I vote for full moderator status.

i want to see him more active =\
i mean, i've seen him around from time to time closing threads, merging threads, moving posts, and stuff, but i want to see him more active on upsb as an actual member who posts his own opinion on stuff more
i get the feeling that he was like this in ucpsb but just not anymore, but eh...

no, i mean, i've seen him around a lot too closing threads and doing his work as a mod and stuff, but i feel that a mod should be active among the members themselves too---like, actually talking and discussing stuff
he'll make a good mod in just closing threads, but i dont' think he has the respect of the majority of the members, especially not the ones who haven't been on ucpsb, that zombo, or eso, or k4s has =\ -

I voted to strip his powers, I do not agree with him moving the UPSB Comic Strip thread, it had complete relevance to UPSB.

Rorix has done ~160 actions in one month. That's 5.33 actions/day. An action is deleting a post, closing/opening threads, stickying a thread, merging threads and does NOT include post editing.
this is an insane ratio, I doubt I do that much. -

I would definitely like to see Rorix become a mod because of the visible stuff he's done but I just get the feeling that he wants to secure the position so bad, that he does things that aren't exactly necessary. But that's no biggie.

I appreciate the constructive criticism guys.
But you have to take into account that I never did post too much before being a beta mod. Being a beta mod shouldn't mean that I have to change my habits, I was picked to be beta mod for my past behavior, not any future behavior.

Just because YOU disagree with ONE action. If he incorrectly moved the thread, then wouldn't one of the senior moderators correct his action? We're all human, we all make mistakes. So why not give Rorix another chance if he blew his first? I'd like to see you do a better job. One incorrect action does not outweigh hundreds of correct actions. -

lol Mats and Xero is saying that he doesn't do much and Trocs thinks he does too much.
I don't really see the point of voting based on the first month of their moderating period. Obviously they're going to take more time to moderate the first month to whether its intentional or not. Just look at K4S (not saying your a bad mod) but when he was a beta-mod, i seriously saw him moderating the forum more than Zombo. But now he's doesn't moderate as much as he did in beta-mod. Well, this can't be changed since its like this in the election too but i just wanted to say this.
@K4S, the only reason i used you as an example was because only beta-mods i've seen other than Rorix was you and eso and i just thought you were a better example of what i was trying to say. I think your a great mod

imho, he didn't make any mistake with any closed/moved/merged thread
it would just be good to see him posting more as a regular member, but i think that will happen when he is real mod
but he will lose his cool red nick now :/ =P -

i think a better question would be how many warnings do you have at this point and how close are you to getting banned (i think 5 warnings = ban)

The thing is, he's a great moderator, but I have yet to have a conversation with Rorix.
I have, however, talked to all other mods in UPSB.

i think rorix has done a great job. he deleted threads that werent following the rules, and he stated why he did on most of them. But he doesnt really chat with members on upsb like xero said, visit the shoutbox sometimes

he is for sure a good mod but whenever he says something its always to uhh non casual he always types like hes in like some military conference meeting. there is no youth or lively-ness in his voice he is like on of those stereotypical asian loners dosnt talk much but gets good grades...

Don't forget that Rorix is from NZ, which means his coverage is totally different from America and Europe. That's ONE reason why I got him, so that the coverage is spread apart on all time zones. -
