Alright i find this wierd how about you guys I have a friend who has never pen spinned in his life and i show him K4LC he says WHOA show me how to do that i told him i could teach him the basics note [were standing outside a movie theater waiting for a ride] I explain to him how to do the thumbaround then show him he tries once drops it, then the second time HE LANDS IT i was shocked, then I showed him how to do charge and i went to talk to someone else i come back 30 seconds later and he was doing it "sloppy but still doing it" then i showed him korean bak then walked away again 30 seconds later he told me he could do it, im definately going to have to make him some pens to see how good he can get, but i was just wondering is this normal or weird because i was freaking out.

no that's not really normal, he must have really good fingers or a really good at understanding how the pen should move (maybe you're a great teacher cool.gif)

i held the pen and demonstrated the motion and explained that you push with your middle and let go with your pointer and hold your thumb straight but ive never seen someone get it on there second try especially about the bak and the charge also i told him about the bak before i showed him and he started doing a figerless index around "i thought it was a neo sonic" it was ridicoulous he's pretty good at guitar and can play drums kind of but told me he never learned how to do charge with a drumstick

When I was at Lestival! last month I ran a pen spinning workshop. This 8 ball juggler (the only 8 ball juggler there) learnt Sonic 34-23 instantly, he could just do it straight away. He learnt Indexaround with minutes and was hitting Weisen Baks and getting Charge going before the end of the workshop.

Edit: He could already do TA wink.gif

dude.. my friend didnt know to much about psing until he saw what i was doing at school.
then he tries to do a ta but it only went .5 revolutions.
so he continued practicing .5 revolutions then he eventually got to triangle pass..
then when i told what he was doing was an actual trick, he said wtf
