Fundamental Tricks / Charge Reverse Prob

help out please

    Hi guys,i am vakama...
    I had a problem when doing the rev.charge... i cannot do it palm down..and it affects alot of things...so can help me out by telling me how to do it palm down?? everytime i try to do it palm down,it is not a charge reverse...it is just like waving my pen in and out...
