Pen Modifications / Blue Tornado Mod

    I was watching the battle video between zax and andrew, and andrew is spinning with a pen called 藍旋風 or Blue Tornado, I'm really interested in making this mod, and I was curious if anyone knows anything about it or a tutorial?

    he said its in chinese and uses pens only found in china
