   Project description: To create a standard format for team-based pen spinning competition
   Why: On a large-scale, team-based competition could be between board teams. The idea is to innovate how we compete in pen spinning by introducing team-based mechanics. Pen spinning is solitary sport, this project will attempt to expand it
