well, it's kinda weird to say it in Hebrew, and most of us just say "Pen spinning".... but if you really want:
סיבוב עטי×- Hebrew.
(oh, and btw, you're supposed to pronounce it "Sivuv Etim", in case someone wanted to know.)
I guess there might be other ways to say it, but w/e... -

Although I have heard "pen dol ri geo"... Not sure what that means exactly. -

only translation i've seen is "žongliranje olovke/olovkom", but that would be pen juggling
pen spinning would roughly be translated to "okretanje olovke" i guess -
