Board Comments / Views + refresh buttum

    i think there's a bug going about the views..i don't really mind and it doesn't make any difference to me but i just wanted to let you know about this..if you haven't noticed..

    EDIT: why is the refresh buttom in a second row?

    i know that refresh buttom is for shoutbox..i meant that refresh buttom is suppose to be next to '+' and under 'Smilies'

    when we change server, we will remove all "cpu saving" features, including view refersh.

    hopefully _this_ week.

    basically the computer the server runs on here is slow, so you need to remove a few features to make it faster.
