Hand shaking,twiching, or spazzing????

I've noticed that my hand shakes if I try to keep it still, unfortunately I think it's due to to much video games and television. Video games make me pay attention to all my surroundings so I always have then tendency to be ready to pounce. Also, I can never sit still in one postion in a chair for more than a minute.

Either I have a problem, or I should stop playing to many video games.

P.S. I always have the feeling of RLS(restless leg syndrome) except it's just the need to move like really really bad.

I'm just gonna take a guess here. You're young and should be active. You're not being active, and therefore you're going mad and shaking uncontrollably.

Sometimes the muscle in my arm twitches uncontrollably though, it's pretty weird, but doesn't seem harmful. Twitching your leg a lot has been linked to increased tendency to heart attacks in some studies though, so yeah =/

Maybe you're cold? lol, noo.... but I can never stay still in one place for a long time either. My friends think i have A.D.D. XD When I stand I move my leg alot, lol. I don't think it's video games, I don't play alot of video games. I think it's because I'm mostly bored and I need to move around and stuff, haha.

Play fewer video games, that will help everything, or buy guitar hero and dance to the music (that will help with the restless leg). I seriously think guitar hero might help you.

I got all these things from what I remember (lets say like when I was 7 years old) and I am absolutely sure there is no reason for it, since I didn't play video games at 7 years and I was doing handball for many years.. for example now I don't play video games anymore (maybe 1-2 hours a week which is nothing imo) and its still the same.
Btw I am everything but not nervous person
There is nothing that would seem to help heh

i am the most twitchy person i know, in a final exam last year, i couldnt take it and had to get up.
started pacing the room. then i drew on the board, and never even finished the test. the teacher didnt care.
    it was pretty fun.

but i always stand up in class and jump to get the jitters out. and stare off in the to horizon. yea.

Hm I don't have any twitchy syndroms or what ever... but allways (very often) when I just have finished a PS combo my hand/hands shakes a littlebit, it's disturbing! But it isn't any thing I care about so much.

Lay off the coffee and energy drinks. Drink more water.

I work at a desk all day long at a computer and i usually am on my computer all night, so i know what its like to have carpo tunnel and restless leg syndrome (if that even exists...) Its good to stay away from computers and technology in general during the weekends. Go outside. Play. Throw rocks at things. Get a good night's sleep and eat healthier.

I need to practice what i preach. ::sips his coffee::

I'm not sure that video games can cause twitching. I used to do nothing but play video games for about... over 10 years of my life and I've never had twitchy hands. Extending your hand straight can show signs of twitching somewhat, but that's because your fingers naturally curl a bit.
