I got a boxer's fracture last year on my pinkey and I usually get a bit of pain or stiffness in my knuckle, any advice on how to limit the pain and or if there are certain tricks that I should avoid doing?

As for limiting the pain, ask your doctor. As for what tricks you shouldn't practice.... ALL of them. If you're injured, don't spin--wait for it to heal first and then after you have recovered, then start spinning again.

    spin on your other hand
it's always good to have switch hand skills and thats the perfect oppurtunity

Good advice. When my hand started to hurt, I spun with my left hand and in time, my left hand got quite good. It's really nice being able to spin well on both hands, so I say listen to shadow.

My joints hurt occasionally from my job, penspinning and lots of guitar hero.
