Hand Care / Decreasing space between thumb and forearm

    What stretches or exercises could I do to decrease this distance?

    ... surgery, just bending it every day =] stretching it back as far as you can a few times everyday, after a month you might see improvement =]

    and i'm not so sure how possible that is
    trying even a little bit hurt me alot so im not gonna try
    altho i am stretching my fingers to curve back more, like asian dancers
    my friend's can go way back on its own, she says she took classed when she was younger, and the warm up was to push their hands to the inside of a bowl

    so yea, prolly just stretch it and it'll go after time

    @Xero: thats normal....i wont want to do any physical chanes to myself for Pen Spinning. Is it cuz you cant do TF tricks?

    I used to be able to touch my wrist with my thumb, if I applied pressure. It's all just about forcing it down as close to your wrist as you can every day.

    err... ya. my dad told me try it. and after like 3 days of really pushing down hard. i can do it all the time now. just stretch a few times a day

    to get a good finger workout, just set your pens on a really high shelf, then in the morning when you want to reach them, you'll have to stretch your fingers really far, lol.
