Ive been doing Finger Passing intesively for the past 3 days and my hand started to hurt! I stoped doing it today and relaxed my hand! Picked the pen up a few moments ago and i cannot do the FP as i did it yesterday because my fingers got choppy again :|! I feel them really really heavy.. Any reason to get scared...? Any tips, exercises for relaxing my hand?

dont practice the same trick to much, sometimes I tell myself 10 in a row and Ill stop and practice a different trick...
THe muscles in your hands arent getting worked out to much, practice palm spins or something less intense for a while. FIgner streches also help, try to keep a routine of stretghing your wrist and fingers before and after you spin. -

You just need to rest your hands for a few days, then they will recover more resilient then before

Maybe take a break from penspinning, when you start up again dont make yourself get so fatigued...

*RSI
and don't spin if it starts hurting, just rest for a while -

I let my hand rest for 2 days.. Just grabed my GP Mod and started spinning! I noticed 2 things:
- I can do Infinity wayyy better then before
- My finger pass is slower then before but defenetly smoother -

What pen/pen mod are you using? I remembered after I made a Dr. Kt and started spinning it, my fingers were sore afterwards, too. Anyways, do what the others have been saying. Give your hand a break and stop spinning until your fingers are better.

Dr.KTs are suprisingy light, I reccomend a heavier mod than a kt =]
Many people say the KT is heavy but lift weights with your fingers, that helps strenghten them =D -

my fingers sometimes pen spin with me noticing for like 1minute..
but obviously if u practise alot more acceleration goes to ur hands and ur muscles get more streched out -

that is horrible advice, dont listen to him
starting off penspinning with a KT alone will ruin you in the future, anything heavier and you're fucked -

Just slow down, stretch your fingers alot, and don't spin bricks.
PS: Lay off on the exclamation marks, unless your really happy.. alot!
AND shoeman6, the point off the thread is to help his hand/fingers get better, not break them.
I think you are high. -

Can you actually imagine someone spinning a pen heavier than a KT and saying it's not heavy? lmao.

a kt isnt THAT heavy ~.~ its quite normal for me

Yea, what are you guys on about? KT's are a bit on the heavier side but defiantly not heavy.
Yosky's Pen'z gear mod using 6 rings on each side covered by anyball grips and the anyball grips hold in two tips (one on each side) which weight more than Dr. Grip tips. After you spin that, you realize that KT's are realitivly light. -

The only reason you'd find a KT heavy is because you're used to spinning a lighter mod. If you spin a KT frequently, then of course a KT would seem normal to you. If you spin a mod that's heavier than a KT (who the hell does that anyway), then you'd find a KT light.

Im curious about this KT.
Heavier than MX^2? I think MX^2 is o.k. heavy and I like that. When changing from ownmade shitty pen to MX^2 my speed increased in FP, Sonic, I learned Charge in minutes (when spinning old pen I couldn't get it move right) and I learned to spin from TA to TA Rev and back in couple of days. -

Hmm I do find a KT light now. I normally spin a Saizen / Buster CYL which is like 1.5 times heavier than a KT O.o -

If you're practicing, i suggest light mods like the MX, you can spin a really long time with a MX without getting any pain!
