Hand Care / writers cramps?

Just a question, have you ever noticed that when you penspin (for me in schol) that it is a lot easier to get writer's cramp afterwards? I found this to be true
give me your opinions -

Nope...Just don't push the pen down on the paper so hard..stay relaxed while writing.
And actually I've gotten way less Writer's cramp in the last few months. -

I only get cramps when I write for a while without stopping (to think) ...
But when I'm writing poetry or an essay I stop to think ... so that's my break so I don't really get cramps ... -

No because i spin with my left and write with my right. I do experience cramps in my left hand while spinning after hours of practice though.
