Hand Care / Throwing out your arm?

I labeled this topic as throwing out my arm, but I actually have no idea whats wrong with it...after finishing an hour and a half of intense ultimate dodge-ball, my arm feels not sore, but incredibly tired. I couldn't lift my backpack with my right arm because it felt so weak, and when i tried to pen spin in my next class, my entire hand felt as though it had the restriction of just coming out of a bathtub full of ice. My thumb, index and middle finger feel significantly weaker(I can do all my tricks in them but they feel much harder and are much slower), My ring finger is even worse (I can just barley do RA rev) and my pinky is so numb that I can barley touch it to my palm (can not do any trick from it besides twisted sonic 34-23)....the numbness has worn off slightly since getting home, but i still can't use my pink much at all...has anyone had this before and know how long it will last?

bleh...it was really bad for like 2 days and that annoyed me so much i ended up putting me entire arm in ice water for like 15 minutes...which seemed to get rid of the swelling enough because next day it was almost good as new...but im still wondering what that was

You probably taxed out the muscles in your forearm, remember that fingers are controlled by muscles in your forearm. Maybe give it a rest for a couple of days.
