how the duration of spinning can affect the spinner physically

How can the duration of practice affect ones hand? I mean, you can't spin continuously but only continually. So what are the possible effects of too much spinning for your hands?

and it could also somehow affect the performance of the spinner..

i've had to spin the same combo a large number of times repetitively, as i needed to practice it for a torni
that just made my hand numb
well, my fingers numb, and a fuzzy feeling in the palm of my hands
now that happens slightly whenever i try that combo

I spun for an hour without stopping once, and my fingers started to get numb. I think you would not be able to spin if you went long enough to hurt yourself (>.<)

i was refining some basic moves once and after a while my hand started twitching. watch out for that it can destroy you. you'll never be able to release the pen. and that only happened from doing about a sixty thousand sonics tongue.gif

If you're tensed up, then with lots of repetition you will strain your hand muscles. I nearly strained mine when I reached around 70-80 fingerpasses nonstop because I wasn't light or smooth enough.

I didn't get any pain while practicing any of tricks.

But few times i had some kind of pain in my fingers. Stopped spinning for that day and the next day i was in full spirit.

Spinning too long is a bad thing. if your hand starts to hurt, stop! Your body is telling you it's bad for you. listen to it. your body's pretty smart.

Anyway, I can spin for an hour just fine. But I've been spinning longer than most of you probably. Over a year (under 2).

i can spin for an hour ok. if i'm recording and i don't get anything good in half an hour or so i get annoyed so i stop. (nearly 1 1/2 year now)

my left hand gets tired after 15 minutes Oo"

I can often spin for a while, but sometimes not at all. Once I spun enough that somehow I started to bruise the base of my thumb. (could have been from something else though, but I don't remember hurting myself doing anything else) When my hand starts to hurt, I stop, but I can usually go for a while if I am using a mod like the ballsign.

I was spinning for half an hour with Yanos' mod, (it has 2 Gripmatic tips on each end) then my hand hurt because of the weight of the pen. My hand never hurt when i was spinning on other occasions, though. mellow.gif

i could spin for about an hour or two, but after that my hands/fingers become tired. my pen also starts feel heavier for some reason.
but i dont think anyone would spin for like a full day non-stop, or to the point where the fingers snap off or something, lol

Wow, I think the mod don't suit your skin. XD Allergy to (w/e mod ur using) ^^

When I spin long, I tend to do tricks easier. I don't get hand pains or w/e. Once in a blue moon maybe. xD

i seriously think everyone just hates on busters. i mean they aren't that super amazingly heavy that they actually hurt a lot. but idk i use a buster with jell tips but a normal one isn't that much heavier imo.
