You wonder why do you need to channel chi. well when you channel chi, it helps make your hand and fingers warmer and if you get better at it you can heal you body and others too. I will be posting a simple yet effective way to channel chi to your finger tips. If experienced and done correctly, it can heal pain and warm up the hands.

Please note that this is a simple beginners way of channeling chi. It will not hurt you in terms of internal bleeding. Please do not move on to other types of chi unless you have a master to teach you. Otherwise you can cause internal bleeding.

    Tutorial:
Step 1: Make sure you are relaxed and have a reasonable amount of space to work with.
Step 2: Extend your arms out in front of you and make sure they are level with your shoulders.
Step 3: During this entire exercise, your arms cannot be bent, otherwise he link will be broken so make sure that your hands are strait.
Step 4: Turn your LEFT hand so that the palm is facing up and the RIGHT hand so that the palm is facing down.
Step 5: Make a tight fist out of your hands and hold it for about 5 seconds. Then release and do it another ten times.
Step 6: Then switch hands so that your LEFT hand is facing down and you RIGHT is facing up.
Step 7: Then repeat STEP 5 with the newly positioned hand.
Step 8: After that is done, slowly open your hands and then move them close together as if you are about to say a prayer but still with your arms extended out and strait.
Step 9: then move them outwards slowly and then bring them back.
Step 10: You have just completed a basic channel chi move and if successful, your hands should be warmer now.

    Hope you found this helpful!

    Hmm, I think so xD.

@Mach5, he's questioning whether your hands get warmer from doing the actual excercise or from the chi.

its both because your moving your fingers around and the chi also makes it warmer.
