Carpal tunnel syndrome (CTS), or median neuropathy at the wrist, is a medical condition in which the median nerve is compressed at the wrist, leading to paresthesias, numbness and muscle weakness in the hand.

I've read splints or palm support during the activity that causes stress on the wrist may help.
I've been wearing a palm support for a few days and it has really helped. I was wondering what do you guys think?
