Having cold hands becomes a problem for spinners, because it temporarily reduces hand strength and flexibility. Whenever my hands are cold, I put the back of my palms on the inside of my elbows, and squeeze. This heats them back up pretty fast.
So, what do you guys do when your hands are cold to heat them back up again? -

If i'm spinning while wearing a jacket and my hands get cold, i put my hands in my jacket's pockets for 2-3 minutes, then my hands are fine afterwards. -

When its cold out and im playing lacrosse and have sweats on, put them next to your balls or clamp them between your thighs. It works. Good.

Repeat thread--search before you post next time. Although the other cold hand thread was on the front page...so I dunno how you managed to miss that...
