After a month or two of PSing, my right hand fingers felt much more stronger. The same thing happened with my left hand when it learned a few tricks. ohmy.gif

well i don't know if my fingers or hand got strong.

    I wouldnt said stronger.
    but more Flexible.
I compare my left to my right and big differents!!
Also ur fingers could've gotten stronger
    by spinning differents mods.

Nothing much happens by PSing. Playing some music instrument like guitar may strengthen your fingers. In my case, they did.

no pen can strengthen your fingers, its all about dexterity and flexibility.

what if some guy started spinning a thin, heavy, metal pipe? I bet his fingers will have to get used to heavy objects just to spin regularly. Then when he gets back to a regular pen/mod, it would be effortless to spin.

well, if I start spinning a 50g mod for a long time and then suddenly switch back to an MX or Ballsign, it would feel very awkward because my hand/fingers are used to spinning a heavier mod.

Penspinning probably does help your hands a bit, but not nearly as much as other stuff does.

Not really... you wouldn't be used to how much effort it takes to keep the momentum, and how easily the pen jumps from your hand if you make a sudden movement... try spinning a thin wooden chopstick.

As many others have said, pen spinning pretty much gives you more flexible fingers

I think PS has contributed at least a little in strengthening my fingers. But imo, it's more on "flexibilising" my fingers. But yea, both do happen.

i think psing is for your flexibility not strength?

when I spun a-less-heavier-than-a-cyl-which-is-my-personal-mod, my hands began accustomed to the weight so it felt light after 2 days. Later, I spun a ballsign mod for 30 minutes or more then switched back to my personal mod. it began to feel heavier. So it's speed, and flexibility. tongue.gif

Agree. Still, you can do some exercises that people who do flourishes do. That helps a lot "warming" up your fingers to PS. So you can always do your max...
