Hand Care / Numbness of the hand?

I started spinning something like a CYL now and if I spin for a long time, my hand starts to get numb o-o. Any ideas why?

that is what happens when you have carpel tunnel (however you spell it). Your fingers getting numb is a symptom of that.

Seeing a physical therapist would also be beneficial to you for they will do a postural examination along with a neurological, flexibility, and strength assessment.

Wth, how long have u been spinning that buster cyl-like mod? Does it happen consistently, as in the numbness?

Ok. The numbness is gone now. Guess I just had to get used to the difference in weight. I was spinning a metallic comssa before so the CYL like mod was a big difference

i sometimes experience that as well. but it only happens if i spin for a long.... time

it's happen to me twice time, and i knows how to fix it
just stop spinning for a couple a days or weeks,
the other way is you could spinning, but not for long time.
