talk to your doctor, get some rest, you could be developing parkinson's...

wait, how did your pen get magnetically charged

also, your not supposed to spinning when you finger yourself

For one thing, the only metal on an MX is the tip, and the tip of the inktube. Even if you could magnitize that metal, it won't be enough the make the pen vibrate uncontrollably when it is spinning.
The solution? Rest your fingers. It's not the pen that's having trouble.

It could be even carpal tunnel syndrome
    Better see the doctor

do you even know what carpal tunnel is from?
    its not carpal tunnel
its probably just your fingers stressing from new movements/coordination.
Take a break, give them a rest.

Of course I know what it is, and what most likely causes this syndrome, as I know what symptoms are.
I'm not saying it IS a carpal tunnel syndrome, I'm saying it COULD be.
I cannot tell what it is for sure, and neither can you. But underestimating things can go horribly wrong.
If he feels the same after taking some rest, better see the doctor.
    End of discussion.
